Cerro Da Marina Hotel - Adults Only

Great small hotel. I have no idea why it is classed as a 3 star rather then 4 star. Lovely pool and sunbathing area set in grass, jacuzzi, pet friendly. Set in an upmarket residential area. If you stay do book their dinners as they have a superb lady chef.

This is the most relaxing place! The whole vibe is chilled. For Albufeira in the height of summer it was quiet, despite being fully occupied and there are always ample sun loungers available...there is no need to reserve or fight over them! The honesty bar is a great concept and provides everything you need. We had stayed previously in the heart of the old town and it was so noisy until the early hours of the morning. Here you're a short walk away but without any of the negatives. The room and bathroom were extra large which was treat after a series of tiny bathroom hotels we stayed in.

I booked this hotel last minute when I was traveling around in the South of Portugal as an adult female alone. I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay in Albufeira knowing it's one of the big party towns - I wasn't sure I had the energy for it. But it was great. I liked this place because it felt Portuguese, it had charm - and was relaxed and fun. I think they did a wonderful job of everything. I had a nice parking spot that was safe, a nice greeter, my room was close and easy to get to, they had nice pools and breakfast, and a great honor bar with drinks and sandwiches, etc. I would totally come back here again. I liked it very much overall and felt it was a nice value and felt like good vibes.

I love this hotel! it’s like a quiet, calm, clean oasis. the personnel is lovely, they do their utmost to make your stay enjoyable. I even got to check in early and had a room upgrade which made my whole stay. The breakfast buffet has everything you can ask for. I will most definitely return if I ever come back to Albufeira.

The Hotel is a small hotel that operates as a bed and breakfast and doesn't have a typical bar and restaurant. If Guests require dinner, it can be ordered before 2pm and it is served that night. What it does have is a really great "Honesty bar". This is open 24hrs per day. You go to the bar and serve yourself drinks and snacks and write down what you take. This is then billed at the end of your stay. This was brilliant for us because our flight arrived late at night. The walk down to the Old Town square takes approx 12 minutes and a Taxi back at night costs only €6.60. Overall, it's a great place, that we hope to go back to in the future.
